Welcome to Georgia!
- Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Tbilisi (approximately 30 minutes). Early check-in is included, allowing time to refresh and settle in comfortably.
- At 13:00, depart for a scenic one-hour drive to Château Mukhrani, a historic estate that beautifully blends aristocratic heritage with modern winemaking. Once the royal residence of Georgian nobility, the château today offers an immersive wine tourism experience set amid manicured vineyards and elegant architecture.
- Enjoy a guided tour of the historic château and wine cellars, followed by a curated wine tasting showcasing Georgia’s ancient winemaking traditions. Lunch is served at the estate’s refined restaurant, pairing regional flavours with estate wines.
- At 16:00, return to Tbilisi. Later in the evening at 18:00, explore the vibrant Dry Bridge Market, a lively flea market known for antiques, Soviet memorabilia, local art, and handcrafted treasures.
- The day concludes with dinner accompanied by a traditional Georgian folk performance, offering a spirited introduction to the country’s music and dance heritage.

Overnight in Tbilisi
- After breakfast, begin a guided exploration of Tbilisi, one of Europe’s oldest capitals and the cultural, political, and economic heart of Georgia.
- Your walking tour focuses on the atmospheric Old Town, where cobbled lanes and colourful balconies reveal centuries of layered history. Visit Metekhi Church, dramatically perched above the river, and take a scenic cable car ride to Narikala Fortress for panoramic views over the city. Stroll along lively Shardeni Street, pass the historic Abanotubani Sulfur Baths, and admire the contemporary design of the Peace Bridge.
- At midday, enjoy a relaxing boat ride along the Mtkvari River, accompanied by music and a wine tasting, offering a unique perspective of the city’s skyline. Lunch follows at a scenic restaurant overlooking Old Tbilisi.
- In the afternoon, journey approximately 25 km into the hills to Kiketi Farm, situated at an elevation of 1,100 meters. This eco-cultural space, established on a former Soviet-era farm site, combines rural charm with creative expression. Explore its gallery featuring an impressive collection of antique European stoves, multifunctional spaces, and terraces with sweeping countryside views.
- Enjoy horse riding at the farm’s stables, home to a variety of horse breeds, before continuing to the Kiketi Wine Cellar for a traditional winemaking experience. Discover Georgia’s ancient qvevri wine tradition, alongside oak barrel-aged varieties, and sample both wine and chacha.
- The immersive experience concludes with a hands-on straw hat design masterclass, followed by dinner at the farm’s restaurant. Later in the evening, return to Tbilisi for your overnight stay.

Overnight in Tbilisi
- After breakfast, check out at 10:00 and begin a scenic three-hour transfer to Kutaisi, one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities, founded over 3,000 years ago. Known for its warmth, hospitality, and deep historical roots, Kutaisi offers a distinctly authentic Georgian atmosphere.
- Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, sampling regional flavours unique to western Georgia.
- In the afternoon, proceed to the breathtaking Martvili Canyon, famed for its emerald waters, cascading waterfalls, and lush evergreen cliffs. Here, embark on a peaceful boat ride through the canyon, gliding beneath towering rock formations and absorbing the serene beauty of this natural wonder.
- By early evening, return to Kutaisi and check into your hotel. Dinner is arranged at Debi, an authentic local restaurant where you will savour traditional Kutaisi cuisine in a warm and welcoming setting.

- After breakfast, check out at 11:00 and begin your return journey to Tbilisi.
- En route, stop at the spectacular Okatse Canyon, a dramatic natural wonder stretching nearly two kilometres in length and plunging between 20 and 100 meters deep. A winding river, hidden pools, cascading waterfalls, and greenery-draped cliffs create a breathtaking landscape framed by soaring mountains.
- Experience the canyon via its thrilling 780-meter suspended wooden walkway, elevated above the canyon floor and leading to a panoramic viewing platform. From here, capture sweeping views — and the perfect photograph — before continuing your journey.
- Following the visit, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before proceeding onward to Tbilisi. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy time to relax.
- In the evening, dine at Barbarestan, a celebrated family-run restaurant that revives authentic Georgian recipes from the 19th-century writer and culinary pioneer Barbara Jorjadze. The dinner offers a refined yet traditional culinary experience rooted in history.
- After dinner, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Overnight in Tbilisi
- After breakfast, depart at 09:30 for a scenic journey along the historic Georgian Military Highway toward the mountains of northern Georgia.
- Your first stop is the impressive Ananuri Fortress, a 14th–18th century architectural complex overlooking the turquoise Zhinvali Reservoir. Explore its ancient churches, defensive towers, and stone walls while learning about its strategic role in Georgian history.
- Continue through the alpine landscapes of Gudauri, stopping at the iconic Russia–Georgia Friendship Monument, perched dramatically above the valley with sweeping panoramic views of the Caucasus Mountains.
- Proceed onward to Stepantsminda (commonly known as Kazbegi), located just 11 kilometres from the Russian border and positioned at one of the historic crossroads between Europe and Asia.
- Here, enjoy a hands-on culinary masterclass learning to prepare Georgia’s beloved dumpling, Khinkali, followed by a traditional lunch hosted in a local family home — an authentic and heartwarming cultural experience.
- The adventure continues with a 4WD jeep ride up to the breathtaking Gergeti Trinity Church, a 14th-century landmark perched high above the valley. Framed by the dramatic peaks of the Caucasus, this iconic church is one of Georgia’s most photographed and inspiring sights.
- Before returning, visit Sno Village, known for its unique open-air sculpture display featuring giant stone heads of notable Georgian historical figures.
- In the evening, transfer back to Tbilisi for dinner and an overnight stay.

- After breakfast, check out and depart for Kakheti, approximately a two-hour scenic drive from Tbilisi. Renowned as Georgia’s premier wine region, Kakheti is deeply rooted in ancient winemaking traditions, particularly the UNESCO-recognised Qvevri methodof fermenting wine in clay vessels buried underground. The region is also celebrated for the fertile Alazani Valley, historic monasteries, and the legendary polyphonic song “Chakrulo,” which was included on the Voyager Golden Record sent into space. Its landscapes range from mountain passes and forested hills to sun-drenched steppes and vineyards.
- Upon arrival, check in at Lopota Lake Resort, a serene lakeside retreat surrounded by vineyards and the Caucasus foothills. During your stay, participate in immersive culinary activities, including:

- After breakfast at Lopota Lake Resort, check out at 10:00 and depart for Sighnaghi, fondly known as the “City of Love.”
- Arriving at 11:00, explore its charming cobblestone streets, pastel-hued balconies, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking the Alazani Valley and the Greater Caucasus Mountains. This romantic hilltop town blends art, history, and wine culture, offering a relaxed yet picturesque atmosphere. For those seeking a touch of adventure, enjoy an exhilarating ziplining experience set against sweeping valley views.
- At 13:30, continue to the revered Bodbe Monastery, one of Georgia’s most significant religious sites and the final resting place of Saint Nino, who introduced Christianity to Georgia. The peaceful gardens and scenic vistas add to the spiritual ambiance of the visit.
- Lunch at 15:00 is hosted by a local family within their vineyard estate — an intimate and authentic culinary experience celebrating Kakhetian hospitality and regional flavours.
- In the afternoon, transfer back to Tbilisi at 16:00.
- The evening concludes with a farewell dinner at a selected restaurant at 19:00, celebrating the flavours and memories of your Georgian journey. Later, around 22:30, transfer to Tbilisi International Airport for your departure flight.
